yourdiariodosis started because I was tired of trying to fit into systems that were never designed for brains like mine.

I have ADHD. And I am also extremely Type A. If you know, you know. That combination is its own kind of chaos. I have incredibly high standards for myself, I want everything done and I want it done right. But my brain had other plans. The procrastination, the paralysis, the mental tabs that never close. Wanting to be organized and productive so badly while simultaneously struggling to start anything at all. It is exhausting in a way that is hard to explain to someone who has never lived it. You are not lazy. You are not incapable. You are just running a different operating system with no manual.

For years I searched for productivity tools that actually worked with my brain. Most of them didn't. They were rigid, overwhelming, and built for a type of mind that isn't mine. And let's be honest. Most of them were painfully boring. Plain white pages, black text, zero personality. Nothing that made me want to open them the next day. My ADHD brain needs more than a checklist. It needs color, it needs beauty, it needs something that actually makes me excited to show up. After enough failed systems and forgotten planners, I stopped looking for the right tool and started building it.

And for the version of me that was constantly buying planners, using them for three days, and then forgetting they existed — this one's for you.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Global Business. That combination gave me a very specific obsession: understanding how people actually think, learn and perform. Not how we're supposed to. That perspective only grew deeper through years of entrepreneurship, marketing and obsessively studying how humans behave. And it always led back to one question:

What if productivity tools worked with your brain instead of against it?

That question is the foundation of everything I build here.
