Every product on yourdiariodosis is a digital download that is sent to your inbox the second your payment goes through. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any purchase.
Why no refunds?
Digital files can't be un-sent or un-downloaded. Once your file is in your hands, the sale is complete. Please read the product description and review the preview images on the Products page before you buy.
Didn't receive your file?
If your download email hasn't arrived within 30 minutes:
- Check your spam / promotions folder.
- Make sure the email you used at checkout is correct.
- Reach out via the Contact page and we'll resend it for free.
Wrong product?
If you accidentally bought the wrong edition, contact us within 24 hours and we'll swap it out — but we can't issue a refund.
Physical products.
Physical products are coming soon. When they launch, a separate physical-product return policy will be added here.
